Reviews and Ratings
The hotel's location is very central, close to Nairobi CBD and many restaurants, offering easy access to the city. The rooms, however, were poorly arranged for movement and had a weak Wi-Fi connection. I appreciated the enthusiasm of the service staff, particularly the chef and receptionist. The dining options were limited, though acceptable, and the facilities were satisfactory overall. The lack of windows in some areas was off-putting.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The convenient small fridge in the room was handy, but the presence of mosquitoes was quite bothersome. The service was helpful in arranging tours at great rates, but it could be slow at times. The hotel's location near restaurants was beneficial, but the lack of windows in some areas created a dungeon-like feel. The dining options were limited and disappointing, available only before 9 am. Overall, there were positives and negatives to consider.
The hotel location is super safe and really great, close to many restaurants and only a few minutes from the main city. The rooms, though tiny and full of mosquitoes, are as seen in photographs. The service was good overall but could use better customer relations. The dining experience was quite poor, with limited availability past 9 am. The facilities need improvement, especially to accommodate two clients independently.
